Our curricular internship campaigns are one of our main sources for our 1-year trainee program, designed to hire and empower young talent, through continuous learning and on-the-job training.

– Since these are IEFP Professional Internships (Estágios Ativar), here are some criteria:

• Be under 30 years of age;
• Have permission to work in Portugal (work Visa, PT nationality, have already worked in Portugal;
• Your Diploma counts as a Portuguese “Certificado de Habilitações” (regardless of academic level);
• You have never done an IEFP internship before with your current academic level and you haven’t been involved in an IEFP internship during the last 12 months.

Side note: If you’re a finalist, but you won’t be able to graduate your bachelor’s degree before October 2023, IEFP will demand that we wait until the 2024 campaign for the respective Trainee Program.

(if you’re graduating from Technical High School or Master’s degree, the timing is not an issue).

• Is there a minimum amount of time per week?

– Some schools do 5 days per week, others do 2 days per week. Our teams find a way to adapt.
