Job Position: Android Software Programmer

 Job Description

We are seeking talented Software Engineers and Programmers to develop mobile apps for Android phones and tablets. If you have experience in this platform, good skills on Java programming and want to develop mobile apps for the global market this is the opportunity you are looking for.

 Key Responsibilities:

Design, development, and testing of mobile applications. Test on the latest mobile devices (phones and Tablets).

Work closely with product management, UI/UX designers, API/Backend engineers and quality teams on feature definition and release milestones.

Perform peer code-reviews and unit-testing to ensure high-quality software.

Utilize agile development methodology.

 Requirements:

 BSc or MSc on Computer Science or Computer Engineering 

 2+ years of professional software development experience (Java or C++)

Experience developing mobile apps for Android devices

Solid understanding of the intricacies of the Android platform

Proficient in the following technologies:

Java language and related frameworks  

Multi-Threading and memory management specific to mobile devices  

Understanding of caching mechanisms

Knowledge of web architectures and services (HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.)

Experience with a version control system

Experience with object-oriented design and design patterns

Must have excellent problem solving skills

 Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task
