Duração: 12 meses de 01-10-2013 a 30-09-2014

Local: Áustria

Horário: 5 dias por semana, 5 horas por dia. Férias: 2 dias por cada mês de duração de projeto

Condições: Alojamento, Alimentação, Viagens, vistos, vacinas, Seguro, formação linguística, Acompanhamento pessoal, ciclo de formação e avaliação, férias (2 dias por cada mês), transporte local, subsídio mensal (110,00€).

Resumo:

Our association is an international community of both disabled and non-disabled people, who live and work together.
At the moment 10 persons with learning difficulties live in two houses. The people of the community share their everyday-life, eat and work together, do shopping, go on excursions, holidays and organise leisure activities. The 10 habitants of are supported by a professional multicultural team.
The volunteer will support the multi professional team, where six persons aged between 20 and 50 live.

Perfil:

• You are interested in working with people with disabilities (18 years and above)
• You can be patient and are open-minded
• You like to live in a rural village in the mountains
• You enjoy contributing to a multicultural team
• Some basic knowledge of German would be an advantage as the habitants of the Arche don´t speak any other language

Tarefas:

The volunteer will participate in various aspects of the daily work and will be able to contribute with his own interests and strengths to the project.
She/He will be part of the team and learn a lot about working with people with different disabilities.
