Key Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be expected to integrate into the People Management team, where they will have a broad set of responsibilities including (but not limited to) employee development, contract management and initiatives to improve the employee experience.

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or similar;
  • Educated to BSC degree or higher in a Social Science based subject;
  • Strong experience of working with people and within Human Resources Area, particularly involved in Employee Management;
  • Evidence of caring for people and ensuring their wellbeing & success;
  • Knowledge of Portuguese labor law;
  • Strong problem-solving and team working skills;
  • Confident clear communicator (in Portuguese & English);
  • Well organised and a team player;
  • A dedicated, innovative and “can do” attitude;
  • Excellent attention to detail.
