Oracle E-business Suit Expert – Functional Administrator (M/F)



Our client is a multinational company with a shared service center in Portugal.

The Oracle Finance – Functional Administrator will be responsible for:

– The day to day user support on Oracle Finance for users in the Shared Services Center (Level 1 setups, issue resolution, change requests implementation, Training, Making the best use of the tool);
– The day to day user support on Kyriba, the cash management software, (accounting entries, reconciliations);
In addition to these two main roles, the applicant should also be able to drive:
– The participation to the ongoing projects of transformation and smaller change requests;
– The creation, the supervision and the delivery / rollout of IT solution supporting Business Process Improvement initiatives and projects;
– Standardization throughout every finance process by implementing and/ or rolling out unique IT solution and guaranteeing the use of our system is fully consistent in every part of the organization;
The role will work and collaborate directly with the SSC managers who will bring their expertise on finance processes.

Ideal profile:

– IT degree in computer science, engineering or Finance, or equivalent;
– Work experience with 8 yr+ experience;
– Strong Knowledge and skills in Oracle e-business suite
SQL programming
– Strong accounting skills
– Extensive experience in IT management and Change Management with a proven track record in delivering results;
– Solid understanding of Finance information systems, and application of process automation using technology solutions.
