Training Manager (m/f)
Lisbon

Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the professional will be responsible for:
– Managing several trainers allocated to the specific projects;
– Managing the client’s expectations with regards to the training sessions for their campaigns;
– Support in identifying training needs;
– Training material development;
– Trainers coordination;
– Analyzing the training’s results.

Profile:
– Degree/Master in Human Resources Management with 2/3 years of experience;
– Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
– Independent, organized and pro-active
– Flexibility, ability to adapt to frequent changing priorities with ease;
– Personal time -management (ability to juggle competing tasks, work flexibly).
– Good knowledge of MSOffice;
– Fluent in English (mandatory).
