Job Description
We are seeking for an experienced HR Professional to reinforce our human resources team. We need to hire good quality engineers and technical consultants in the area of Software and Telecommunications and this position will play an important role in this process. Only candidates with skills and experience in talent recruitment should apply to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out the recruitment process
• Manage multiple job openings at once
• Search for new recruitment sources
• Conduct the induction program for new employees
• Manage training programs
• Identify and retain talented employees
• Implement HR Policies and Procedures

Requirements:
• BSc or MSc on Human Resources or related.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in HR and employee retention.
• Proven track record in executive search (in Europe, not just Portugal).
• Experience of exec search in the field of Software and Telco.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and presentation abilities.
• Must have excellent problem solving skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task.
