Your Position<\/p>\n

As part of the Welcome and Support team you will be responsible for welcoming and integrating foreign newcomers upon their arrival to Lisbon and during their stay with Teleperformance.<\/p>\n

Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Airport pickup and relocation support;
\nSupport in dealing with administrative and legal procedures;
\nProviding 24h\/7 support to workers living in Teleperformance\u2019s apartments;
\nProblem solving and conflict resolution.
\nYour Profile<\/p>\n

Fluency in English (minimum B2 \u2013 mandatory);
\nDegree in Social Sciences \u2013 Psychology, Social Services or similar;
\nExperience in conflict resolution (mandatory);
\n24h\/7 availability;
\nDriver\u2019s license and car.
