{"id":3655,"date":"2014-09-30T21:12:20","date_gmt":"2014-09-30T21:12:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/web.ismt.pt\/wp\/oimtnews\/?p=3655"},"modified":"2014-09-30T21:12:20","modified_gmt":"2014-09-30T21:12:20","slug":"it-application-support-technician-mf-oporto-area-portugal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oimt.ismt.pt\/?p=3655","title":{"rendered":"IT APPLICATION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (m\/f) Oporto Area, Portugal"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Integration in IT Application Support Team, at SONAE, Matosinhos.<\/p>\n<p>Ensure technical support and corrective maintenance of internal applications, in order to ensure stability and a good application performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support to internal IT applications<\/li>\n<li>Resolve incidents reported by 1st line support<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the causes of the incidents and propose solutions<\/li>\n<li>Participate on validation of the support models<\/li>\n<li>Identify improvements needed in IT applications<\/li>\n<li>Develop supporting documentation<\/li>\n<li>Monitor compliance and service levels of the providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>Desired Skills and Experience<\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education degree in IT Engineering or related field;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in similar activities;<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge and experience in one of these two areas:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Software Development (ABAP) and functional knowledge in SAP RH \/ SRM \/ MM<\/p>\n<p>Or<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Development of Data Bases: Oracle, SQL, PLSQL, Shell Script, Oracle Forms and Reports, and knowledge in Unix<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to design and develop solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and ability to solve problems;<\/li>\n<li>Dynamism, communication and interpersonal relationships skills;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Integration in IT Application Support Team, at SONAE, Matosinhos.
