\n Our client is a multinational company with a shared service center in Portugal.<\/p>\n

The Oracle<\/a> Finance – Functional Administrator will be responsible for:<\/p>\n

– The day to day user support on Oracle<\/a> Finance for users in the Shared Services Center (Level 1 setups, issue resolution, change requests implementation, Training, Making the best use of the tool);
\n– The day to day user support on Kyriba, the cash management software, (accounting entries, reconciliations);
\nIn addition to these two main roles, the applicant should also be able to drive:
\n– The participation to the ongoing projects of transformation and smaller change requests;
\n– The creation, the supervision and the delivery \/ rollout of IT solution supporting Business Process Improvement initiatives and projects;
\n– Standardization throughout every finance process by implementing and\/ or rolling out unique IT solution and guaranteeing the use of our system is fully consistent in every part of the organization;
\nThe role will work and collaborate directly with the SSC managers who will bring their expertise on finance processes.<\/p>\n

Ideal profile:<\/p>\n

– IT degree in computer science, engineering or Finance, or equivalent;
\n– Work experience with 8 yr+ experience;
\n– Strong Knowledge and skills in Oracle<\/a> e-business suite
\n– SQL<\/a> programming
\n– Strong accounting skills
\n– Extensive experience in IT management and Change Management with a proven track record in delivering results;
\n– Solid understanding of Finance information systems, and application of process automation using technology solutions.<\/p>\n
