Training Manager (m\/f)
\nLisbon<\/p>\n

Reporting directly to the Department Manager, the professional will be responsible for:
\n– Managing several trainers allocated to the specific projects;
\n– Managing the client’s expectations with regards to the training sessions for their campaigns;
\n– Support in identifying training needs;
\n– Training material development;
\n– Trainers coordination;
\n– Analyzing the training’s results.<\/p>\n

Profile:
\n– Degree\/Master in Human Resources Management with 2\/3 years of experience;
\n– Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
\n– Independent, organized and pro-active
\n– Flexibility, ability to adapt to frequent changing priorities with ease;
\n– Personal time -management (ability to juggle competing tasks, work flexibly).
\n– Good knowledge of MSOffice;
\n– Fluent in English (mandatory).<\/p>\n
