\nWe are seeking for an experienced HR Professional to reinforce our human resources team. We need to hire good quality engineers and technical consultants in the area of Software and Telecommunications and this position will play an important role in this process. Only candidates with skills and experience in talent recruitment should apply to this position.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:
\n\u2022 Carry out the recruitment process
\n\u2022 Manage multiple job openings at once
\n\u2022 Search for new recruitment sources
\n\u2022 Conduct the induction program for new employees
\n\u2022 Manage training programs
\n\u2022 Identify and retain talented employees
\n\u2022 Implement HR Policies and Procedures<\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n\u2022 BSc or MSc on Human Resources or related.
\n\u2022 5+ years of relevant work experience in HR and employee retention.
\n\u2022 Proven track record in executive search (in Europe, not just Portugal).
\n\u2022 Experience of exec search in the field of Software and Telco.
\n\u2022 Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
\n\u2022 Strong organizational skills and presentation abilities.
\n\u2022 Must have excellent problem solving skills
\n\u2022 Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task.<\/p>\n
