Position Description: <\/em><\/p>\n

Visteon Portuguesa is looking for a Labour Relations, Services & Safety Supervisor<\/a><\/span> with experience in Human Recourses within the environment of Multinational companies.<\/p>\n

Main Roles and Responsibilities: <\/em>
\n\uf02d Responsible for labor Relations and fostering a healthy, positive employee environment and interface with all internal and external parties.
\n\uf02d Responsible for the Human Resources Policies and procedures Related to the management of the direct workforce.
\n\uf02d Responsible for company compliance on country legal requirements and company corporate policies.
\n\uf02d Responsible for the recruitment & hiring of the direct workforce (permanent, time limited and temporary workforce).
\n\uf02d Responsible for the Personal Information system, HR demographics and its internal and external reporting.
\n\uf02d Lead internal and external audits and certifications.
\n\uf02d Coordinate Safety, Security, Fire & Environment at site level.<\/p>\n
